Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email. You may also declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs – with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Special Information Regarding Food, Cosmetics and Personal Care Products

Sofi’s Naturshop sells, among other things, food, natural products, cosmetics, body care and hair care products.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Where the applicable legal requirements are met in the individual case, this may apply in particular to:

• sealed food products whose original, hygiene or protective seal has been opened, removed or damaged;

• sealed cosmetics and body care products whose seal has been removed after delivery and which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene;

• sealed hair care products, skincare oils and comparable products intended for close personal use, provided that the legal requirements for the exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal are met.

Please note: Where the legal requirements of Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met, goods that have already been opened cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once the seal has been removed.

Simply opening the outer shipping packaging does not result in the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory warranty rights in the event of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.
