Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Thasos – Throumba PDO is made from the traditional Throumba olive and comes from Kinira on the Greek island of Thasos.
 
The olive oil is produced in a small family-run mill on Thasos. The olives are hand-harvested and gently cold-extracted below 27°C. The oil is naturally rich in polyphenols and has a particularly low acidity of 0.2%.
 
Its flavor is mild and fruity, with a delicate bitterness and a pleasantly balanced peppery note. Perfect for salads, vegetables, antipasti and other cold dishes, or simply enjoyed with fresh bread.
