Our Early Harvest Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from early-harvested green olives and gently processed using first cold pressing shortly after harvesting. It is unfiltered, rich in naturally occurring polyphenols and has a particularly low acidity level of 0.25–0.45%.
