Sotirelis Olivenöl extra nativ in 250 ml Metallkanister

The Sotirelis unfiltered extra virgin olive oil comes from the island of Thasos, one of the greenest and most unspoiled regions of Greece, where olive trees have been cultivated since ancient times. The trees grow on mineral-rich soils, surrounded by pine forests and sea breeze – a unique microclimate that gives the olives their distinctive aroma. The olives are harvested by hand exclusively from small family groves and cold-pressed on the very same day. The unfiltered bottling preserves all natural components, polyphenols, and the oil’s original texture.

On the nose, it reveals a fresh, green aroma with notes of wild herbs, olive leaves, and a subtle marine minerality – characteristic of Thasos.

On the palate, the oil is soft, fruity-mild, and beautifully balanced, with a gentle herbal note and a fine, natural finish.

The aftertaste unfolds into a warm, harmonious depth – clear, pure, and elegant, without any overpowering sharpness.

Thanks to its balanced character, this oil is not only ideal for cold dishes but also suitable for gentle frying and cooking – perfect for a Mediterranean cuisine that combines health and enjoyment.

An olive oil that truly reflects its origin: Mediterranean, natural, and with the unmistakable character of an island where tradition and authenticity are still alive.
